Hi! My name is Amy
and I was was born in 1967. Presently I volunteer for the Animal Humane Society, Red Cross, and teach
English as a 2nd Language. I have a cat, Chocolate, and I live in an apartment in the great state of MN. I enjoy reading,
writing, movies, TV, travel, chocolate, coffee, church activities, and sad to say, summer (even though I live in MN, I am
not a winter person)! Growing up I learned to play the piano, was in choir, and took ballet and tap lessons.

I was born with Klippel-Feil (KFS). I was born with the fusion
in my cervical vertebrae, and I also have scoliosis and kyphosis. I was born with a cleft palate, underbite, hearing loss,
and hypernasality, and invlountary synkenesis. My kyphosis was treated with a Milwaukee brace, scoliosis was treated with
an ESO stimulator, cleft palate was fixed 2 times, had jaw surgery, have tubes in my ears, and use hearing aids. I have also
developed sleep apnea and use a CPAP.
